At LOUPE Americas, Flint Group Digital Xeikon is showcasing all of its latest digital printing technology. These include three label printing solutions: The TX500, PX3300HD, and the new subscription-based Ecolyne digital press.

These products demonstrate how converters can expand opportunities across labels and packaging. Visitors can discover TITON’s food-safe, durable toner technology. It delivers resistance to heat, solvents, and scratches without the need for varnish.

Meanwhile, PX3300HD offers UV inkjet capabilities for high-quality label applications. The showcase also features Ecolyne, the company’s newest flexible, subscription-based digital press solution. It helps businesses scale efficiently while meeting evolving demands for sustainability, productivity, and premium print performance.

The company’s presence at LOUPE comes at a time when the North American label market is being reshaped by shorter runs, faster turnaround expectations, sustainability requirements and the need for smarter, more automated production. In that environment, Flint Group Digital Xeikon is positioning itself as a strong partner for customers seeking practical digital growth, combining proven dry toner and UV inkjet technologies with application expertise, service and long-term partnership.

Ser Van de Graaf adds, “From a Flint Group Digital Xeikon perspective, the show is an important platform to demonstrate the broad range of solutions we offer to the Labels and Packaging Market, along with the opportunity to discuss the latest developments in aqueous inkjet on our IDERA post print corrugated platform.

“With dry toner presses at speeds varying from 65 to 138 fpm, 1200 DPI UV inkjet solutions with speeds up to 229 fpm, and the unique TITON Toner presses that combine the quality of dry toner with the durability features of UV inkjet, there is a solution for everybody interested in printing labels, from industrial entry-level production to the high-volume market,” he adds.

Flint Group’s Digital Xeikon’s versatile portfolio provides numerous advantages for customers. For example, the company can tailor the solution to the customer’s needs. “Converters do not need to start with a technology preference; they need to start with the applications they want to win, the service levels they need to deliver and the business model that makes sense for their growth,” remarks van de Graaf. “At LOUPE, we want to show our ability to support customers with the right digital label solution for where they are today and where they want to go next.”

Beyond demonstrations

Beyond the live demonstrations, Flint Group Digital Xeikon is also participating in The Label Trail, a collaborative guided experience at LOUPE Americas that brings together industry partners across the full label production journey. The initiative highlights how automation, sustainability, carbon measurement and smart packaging can work together in a connected production ecosystem – reinforcing Flint Group Digital Xeikon’s role not only as a technology provider, but as a partner in wider workflow innovation.

Collaborative efforts

The booth also brings the wider label production ecosystem to life through application-focused collaborations with key industry partners. Working with UPM, Avery Dennison, Green Bay Packaging and Flexcon, Flint Group Digital Xeikon is highlighting emerging trends in sustainable materials and the growing need for new label material solutions.

In embellishment, Xeikon and Kurz are demonstrating how the TX500 and Kurz R520 bring digital printing and metallization together inline, enabling fine-detail metallic decoration in a single efficient pass while eliminating separate embellishment steps and re-registration.

Visitors can explore different paths to the finished product, as well, including digital finishing solutions from DPR Labeling and Brotech. Plus, for conventional finishing technology from GM, the companies are demonstrating the flexibility to build an end-to-end workflow around the requirements of each application.

Visitors to LOUPE Americas 2026 can meet Flint Group Digital Xeikon at Booth 5821, shared with its parent company, Flint Group Packaging Solutions (FGPS), where visitors can also explore solutions from other parts of the portfolio, including the Narrow Web business. This joint presence underlines Flint Group Packaging Solutions’ strength as an integrated partner to the label and packaging industry.
